We really hope you love your Phillippa Kirby Soft Furnishing items! However, if something isn't quite right, don't worry—we want you to be happy, so here's what to do.

Please let us know within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days to qualify for a refund.

​

Unfortunately, we can’t refund shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

​

Bespoke or custom-made items are non-refundable as they are made just for you!
